The mighty River Tweed and its tributaries have inspired artists and writers since time immemorial. Now a new generation of Borderers are making a splash with the Tweed Interpretation Project.

Another major artery, the railway, has left an indelible stamp on the Borders landscape and history. We're hoping it has a gleaming future, too.
